RecoveryOS maintains operator profiles, house certifications, drug testing records, incident reports, supervision violation records, and resident intake documentation — all in a single audit trail accessible by ADAMHS boards and courts. The system was designed around the statutory requirements, not adapted to them after the fact.
Not typically. RecoveryOS is a SaaS subscription under $50K/year — most Ohio counties procure SaaS tools through their standard PO process without an RFP. For counties that require one, we provide all documentation needed (W-9, SOC 2 summary, data processing agreement). We do not require RFP as a condition of purchase.
The license covers unlimited operator seats within the county. The $46K/year is a flat fee — no per-seat, per-house, or per-resident charges. If your county has 5 houses or 500 houses, the cost is the same.
All data is stored in the United States on AWS. The county retains ownership of all data. We provide a data processing agreement (DPA) aligned with Ohio's data handling requirements for government-adjacent entities. Data is not sold or shared with third parties under any circumstances.
We send renewal notice 60 days before the anniversary date. The renewal is the same flat $46K/year — no escalator clauses or surprise fees. Counties may cancel renewal at any time before the anniversary date with written notice; the license continues through the paid period.
RecoveryOS generates state-mandated reports in formats compatible with Ohio DBH reporting requirements. For custom integrations with county case management systems, contact us with your technical specs and we'll provide an API documentation package.
