Who can be referred
RecoveryOS accepts referrals from Ohio placement agencies working with residents meeting the criteria below.
- Ohio residentThe resident lives in or is being placed in an Ohio county served by an ORH-certified house.
- Diagnosed SUDThe resident has a diagnosed substance use disorder (or pending clinical evaluation).
- Active placementThe resident is in active placement with the referring agency and ready for sober housing.
- Agency contact maintainedThe agency referral contact remains the point of contact for placement coordination during the stay.
- Documented sobriety dateA sobriety date is documented — or pending clinical evaluation within 14 days of intake.
